NOELLE VAN BEVEREN

Administrator & President

Noelle has been Physical Therapist for almost 20 years. She is a patient favorite and doctor/surgeon “home run hitter” with her people skills and the ability to motivate her patients to achieve higher goals. Noelle has been running her own successful home health therapy business for over 7 years and the time came to establish an agency.

Noelle graduated with her Masters in Physical Therapy from CSUN and spent over 10 years at Los Robles Hospital in Outpatient Rehab. She began her home health business doing Physical Therapy in 2010 and continues to enjoy helping patients reach the maximum potential every day since. Noelle enjoys fitness including Kickboxing Bootcamp, Tennis, spending time with her grown children, family as well as her beagles.

SCOTT TISHERMAN

Business Operations Manager & CEO

Scott joins Noelle in creating Optima Home Health, Inc. Scott brings over 30 years of practical business experience with a background in operations, accounting and finance, sales & marketing as well as customer service and relationship management.

Scott graduated from CSUN with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance. He has spent the last nearly 20 years as founder and President of Office Solutions Group, Inc providing document imaging and document management solutions as well as handling all aspects of running the business day-to-day. Scott enjoys fitness including Kickboxing Bootcamp, Golf, Tennis, spending time with his grown children, family and dogs, as well as cooking and playing guitar and writing music.

ED ANTUNA

Director, Patient Care Services

Ed has over 40 years nursing experience, nearly 15 as a DPCS in the home health industry and simply can’t ever see himself retiring because he loves it so much. When not working, Ed enjoys good food, riding his Harley, spending quality time with his lovely wife Lily as well as his 7 children, travel, adventures and scuba diving.
